In March 2011 This company had a fire that completely totaled 6 RV's. A person would expect a company to at least try and help out the owners who had total loss but this company did not even call the owners. Instead, the owners learned about the fire from friends or the TV. Then Ray's RV hired a lawyer to represent them and after several months sent a letter to the owners of the burt RV's that Ray's was not responsible and would not replace the burnt RV's. Most of the RV owners then had to file a claim with their own insurance company and got pennies on the dollar for their RV's with a sizeable out of pocket expence, not to mention all the personal items that got burned up.
