Can you say SCAM?
He's given them $2,896 for "marketing" and hasn't gotten a single offer. Of course, we all know he won't because the market is FULL of timeshares that people don't want (check out eBay for example--people can't even sell them for $1).
Do NOT pay any money up front to any company before services are rendered.
AND...
If it sounds too good to be true, it IS. RUN AWAY QUICKLY. Hang up the phone.
