This company, Owners Ray and Donna Valdes collected advanced fee's from me prior to feb 13,2009,Ray the licensed broker, had not submitted an acceptable advanced fee agreement to the department of realestate with verified accounting sheets in order to conduct loan modification services, so prior to feb 13, 2009, Ray, could not at that time collect advanced fee's from any consumers to perform loan modification services. I tried countless times to give Ray and Donna Valdes the opportunity to do the right thing and refund my advanced fee's of $3000.00 RJV Financial Services collected which ray had not had an approved agreement from the DRE at the time he collected my advanced fees . I cant believe Ray and Donna put thier licenses in jeopardy of being suspended or revoked! Why this company collected advanced fee's when knowing the codes and rules of the DRE and the proper steps to take, but chose to take innocent consumers money prior to being approved is cruel. Me and others just needed help in times of our financial hardships to modify our mortgage loans, and we became innocent prey! If we all work together, Ray is looking at his license being revoked, since it is already restricted per DRE, if the DRE finds Ray in violation of any of the B&P codes after thier investigation. This company was given an opportunity,but ignored to follow through with my refund, I have followed through what I stated to Ray and Donna Valdes what was going to happen if they did not refund my $3000.00 ! Get my money back that was wrongfully collected from me! Get justice! They messed with the wrong person! Anyone who reads this, follow through in filing a complaint with the Department of realestate if you paid advanced fee's prior to feb 13, 2009, and if you made your cashiers check out to RJV Financial Services or RJV's many ficticious business names.
