Quest was a scam. Ed haley and all of his crook friends at the lake forrest office scammed hundreds of people out of millions of dollars. Ed Haley is now operating at a unknown location in Irvine withot a business license. Ed Haley never had a business license in Santa Ana and now he is trying to play like he had noknowledge of what was going on in his lake forrest office. I have e-mails from one of his former emplyees willing to testify against him from his lake forerest office.
The City of
irvine needs to investigate him aling with the DA's office and the Dept of
reale
estate.
Anyone who was scammed needs to file an on line complaint with the OC DA's office and file a formal written complaint with the Dept of Real Estate. If anyone needs assistance I have the complaint form from the State Of Calif for the Dept of Real Estate.
