i am writing to quest capital about a two thousand dollar payment i made to them about 2 years ago for a modification that i never received? i have been ignored ever since. my calls are never returned. i am a 68 year old retired man on a fixed income. hopefully anyone reading this will investigate before they send quest capital any monies thats how they got me. be very careful.
