Quality Acceptance employees has the worst the customer service ever. Employee Amy Romero is the most rudest disrespectful person I have ever dealt with. Being in the military growing up in a military and law in enforcement back ground we are very respectful, along with class and manners. I recommend Quality Acceptance to terminated her a soon as possible. She speaks to customers as if they have no value.Amy Romero step down from your job position for you do not value your position there at Quality Acceptance are numerous people looking for work, in due time someone will have your position that will make Quality Acceptance shine with great customer service . Who ever hired you and gave you that position must have been drunk.
