I ordered cigars from this company on Oct19,2010,after not having received them in 1 month,I e-mailed them and was told they were back ordered. Gave them till mid -Dec still no cigars.Was asked if I wanted another brand,I said OK but if I did not receive them before the Holidays to cancel my order and remit my money. Here we are on Jan5,2011 and still no cigars,nor any return calls from my messages , nor any response to my e-mails.My credit card was charged by a company SHRINATHJI TRADING PARKER,ARIZONA. I will continue to provoke this company until they become accountable.
