Same story with us. We were contacted with a buyer for our timeshare through prudential for a $1995.00" title search". Then by Josh Holmes " president " for $500.00 more to sell our weeks. I was so ticked when I found this site and you're stories I copied them off and sent them to Holmes. Don't know if it will do any good, but you never know. You have to have a conscience first. 1 star is generous, this company is a black hole.
