I went to this company with the understanding that they were going to help me reduce my back taxes and stop garnishments. After over 1 year I have paid them all the money they asked for and I have nothing but the garnishments stopped and they never are in contact with me, I have to call them for any and all questions, and if I ask to have someone call me they never do. They are in the business of taking your money and then setting you up on a payment plan rather then settling anything. I am going to go before the IRS myself to try and work out a settlement, and just consider the money I paid as lost.
