I definitely would not recommend this company. Of course they talked a good game, but unfortunately they did not live up to their company name after I gave them my business. If I knew then what I know now I would have given my business to a respectable law firm. My settlement check was dated 8/12/10 but after I called the office to find out the status on 8/23/10, I was informed that the check was in the file. It was finally mailed to me. I received the check on 8/24/10. I deposited the check into my account. The following day my bank notified me of non-sufficient funds in their account. As a result, my account is overdrawn.
