The Company's website offers an on-time guarantee. However, the job I contracted for with them was supposed to take 4 days. The contractor did not finish it. He has also missed four separate appointments to meet and review the unfinished scope of the work. (Two of those he did not even call to say he would miss.)
At this point, he missed the last scheduled appointment (without calling me) and has not called me in the week since.
The work his subcontractors did was good, to the degree that they did it, but they did not finish (I believe it was at the contractor's instructions).
