Me and my wife were witnesses to the reasons why prodigy enjoys such high ratings in most public forums including BBB. Each and every staff member is focused on customer satisfaction and so much so that even much larger organizations would not be able to match. Special mention is required for Cory and Ben who not only answered all our questions patiently and kept us engaged in the process but also turned things around quickly and as per our plan rather than forcing us to change our plan to align with theirs.
We needed delivery on the same day as our move into our new home and despite it being a weekend, Ben and his delivery team turned things quickly to arrive and finish the delivery process in less than 3 hours. They did everything as originally promised and did not rush us on any occassion.
Compared to the worst possible experience we had with another mover last year (this one has already gone out of business due to their customer averse attitude and several complaints filed) Prodigy exceeded our expectation on all fronts. They changed our perception of a move - it can be easy!
Their professionalism is evident right from the start where they share reference customers' contacts, link to check their license and other credentials, upfront facts about the process and what to expect at every stage. Then there is a person (in our case Cory) to support all types of questions that a customer may have. Their rates for packing items are also very reasonable and the packing and loading team does not force additional packing if not required. The overall rate and the per Lbs rate are both very competitive too.
For us Prodigy would remain the mover of choice and our market research stops with them for all future moves.
