My upline was very supportive. But when I called or emailed consultant services I 1) received no response to emails or was told I was doing something incorrect when I was doing the exact thing she had told me 2) Phone calls - I had one person answer very rudely which I didn't understand and the rest of the times I was told how many people were in line before me. After 30 minutes I was told I had been on the phone too long and to send an email. One day when I had been trying to place an order for weeks, I finally sent an email saying 'why can't I log into my account?" They told me my account had been discontinued - sited an email of mine which said nothing of the sort. I honestly don't understand why this happened and asked for an explanation and received none. I am computer savvy and am a giver. I work in a customer service profession and it is very important to me. This company in my experience at least (my up-line said they had no problems in 7 years) I had at least 4-5 problems since September. I would not recommend working with this company. I did find most of their products to be very good - their plush sheets aren't as good - there really isn't a "finishing" on the end and this causes "popping" off the corners of the bed. Other than that I was very pleased with the products. I was trying to sell for the company but they didn't even care about me (the company itself).
