I did say "Services" Right? They provide Services for Mid to Large Size Communities or what we call an HOA (Home Owners Association)

Over the last year, I have complied with every Rule and Regulation that this company has asked for. In return I get a nice letter stating that they received my information and we are looking into it, or it will be taken care off. I did not move into this community with a Large HOA to be told to "Hold On" we will get to it attitude. I bought my house because I like the High HOA and expect Service....Hence the beginning of my letter above. There is a Battle here because they are taking me to Court. The Judge is going to love what I have to say. If you have a Management Company, be very on top of them. They will turn on you in a Second.
