We encountered the same problems presented in these other reviews. If only they had been posted sooner! But, the easiest solution was the most obvious. I called the Dispute line for the credit card company. I explained the situation - yes, we had made the charge; yes, we confirmed the charge when they called to question it. We found out later that the company was fraudulent. She asked for more details, then debited the company's account and credited ours. We'll see if they contest it, but maybe they'll at least return the phone call now! Paying by credit card definitely has its advantages in cases like this!
