Review 9/24/2009

I was contacted by Premiere on 9/22 and 9/23/09. The second date a man named John Adler told me a had a buyer in the office whose first contract had failed due to a problem with the seller's lien. He assured me, after talking with the "buyers" that they would buy our timeshares at a nice price of $36,200 for my 300,000 points. Of course he wanted me to pay upfront the title check etc fee of $1388.44 (I believe I'm correct)through my credit card, and that I would receive the contract by Fed Ex the next day. I told him that we wouldn't pay anything until we saw the contract. He tried repeatedly to convince me that his way was the only way that it could be sold. After he got tired of me repeating my position, he became insulting. I hung up on him after thanking him for calling. He called back and tried to convince my husband of his plan, even though he had told me that he didn't want to deal with me anymore and that he had tons of timeshare he could sell to these "buyers" and that I was lucky to be offered such a good price. My husband stuck to his guns about getting the contract first and the phone call was over. These people are such lying scammers. I've already lost $1,000 to such a company and am so tired of all the cheaters out there! Stay away from them!
