Review 9/14/2009

I was contacted today by Garrett O'Brien from Premier Timeshare Solutions. Like the rest of the reviews, he said that he had buyers out there ready to purchase timeshares. He sounded very professional and said that I would have to be willing to accept an offer quickly if one came in because they don't last long. Garrett did say we would get ten cents per point and probably make money on the deal. He said that his financial dept. would get back to me if there were any offers. Amazing that within 10 minutes I received a call from a Juliet Robinson from the finance dept. of Premier Timeshare Solutions. Unlike Garrett O'Brien she did not sound professional. When I answered the phone she says, "hey....Is this Martha?". Red flag up. She said she had a buyer willing to pay us $33,200 (less then 10 cents per point). She wanted us to send $1388.54 deposit that I would get back within 4-6 weeks. Originally when I asked Garrett the cost to sell our timeshare he said, "this is a complimentary service and there aren't any fees or cost associated with our service". I always do my homework and swear by the recommendations of the BBB. Needless to say we will not be doing business with this company thanks to the BBB and the reviews that I read. Thank you to everyone who wrote a review. If everyone would just utilize the BBB before using a company there would be less people getting screwed.
