WE WERE THREATENED AND INTIMIDATED BY DAVID MARTINEZ AT PREMIER ONE - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DAVID MARTINEZ AND PREMIER ONE.
After having a door installed in our home, my wife and I noticed that the workers left gaping holes between the ground and the bottom of the door (the holes were not there prior to getting the new door installed). The job was incomplete and we asked David to have someone come out to finish the job and fix the holes that were left. His response was to avoid taking responsibility and blame the builders of the property. The only solution he offered was to charge us additional fees in order to have the holes repaired. We did not want to pay anymore. The door cost nearly $3k and the workers damaged our property - why would we pay MORE to have repairs done on damage caused by HIS company? My wife tried to come to a compromise with David but he refused. She told him that we were unsatisfied with his work and that we would be writing a negative review on Yelp etc. David immediately began yelling at my wife, threatening her and said "I am looking at your family's pictures right now. I pulled up your husband's information on Facebook. I see his business, your family pictures, everything. If you dare write a negative review, I will unleash a fury on you, your family, and your husband's business like you have never seen before. Be careful." Obviously frightened, we hung up and immediately called to file a police report. Ultimately, we are left with and unfinished doorway, damage to our property and an unsettled feeling not knowing what David Martinez capable of. I cannot stress this enough - do NOT do business with this company.
