I'm in the same boat as so many of you I to sign a contract with Premier Legal in Dec of 2009 as of July,20 2010 I have not heard anything from the company. Lines busy and email comes back over 4 months I paid a total of 2,496. I just found out myself that the company is longer in business. I live in Tennessee and is trying my best to not to take it as a lose just because there are so many of us that this company took money from. I thought I did my research on the company I guess I did not do enuff. I finally call my lender (BAC) and was told that I was denied for any type of modification. If anyone gets a civil lawsuit going PLEASE!!!! Email me at Lovenmesoft@aol.com and if I can gets some answers I will be posting them here.
