Playdom--Enter at your own risk!
|
I started playing Gardens of Time on Playdom.com last September. It instantly became very addicting--the ability to acquire objects to build and create a beautiful garden, as well as the fun of searching for hidden objects really appealed to me. However, as the game progressed, it became less fun. Changes to the game were constant, each one making the game less enjoyable. I soon learned I could not advance in the game and keep a beautiful garden. I had to clutter it with objects I did not want and keep them there in order to keep opening new scenes to play. The worst part is that Playdom does not care about customer service. Their replies demonstrate zero customer service and show that they do not really care about customer satisfaction. The latest debacle is actual theft. They introduced an item for the garden at 1680 reputation points. Many people purchased a lot of these in order to increase reputation and actually get to play--then PD dropped their reputation points to 1080, which cost players millions of silver--and these players were told there would be no refund. This is outright theft. And they do not care if players spend actual money to play the game or not--zero customer service is the same. So, is it fun? Yes--especially at first. Is it worth it? You decide. I, for one, will not be playing any more--surprising, considering how addicted I was at the start.
