Playdom's Customer Service is anything but!

I've played several of Playdom's games--City of Wonder, Triple Town, Gardens of Time.
Gardens of Time (GoT)is the one I've played the most. The game has been glitchy, but they have responded fairly well, and worked through many of the glitches--until they won an award for being the Best Social Network Game of 2011. Things have gone downhill ever since.
They came out with a new idea--"Time Crystals". These have been problematic ever since they've arrived. Many have posted on the GoT forums about how terrible it makes game play. There were many defects that caused horrific problems. GoT made a fatal error here--they released this time sensitive chapter (gamers only have a few weeks to finish it) and then went on Christmas vacation. There was no one in tech support to help.
Then they released another crystal chapter. This one was just as bad, if not worse. In response to complaints, they released a third, with added requirements for advancement that many cannot do because of the glitchy interface between Facebook & GoT.
Meanwhile, requests for help go unanswered for days. What used to be a fun game is now stressful. I log on and check the forum boards before I even consider playing, so I know what glitches to possibly avoid.
Would I recommend GoT to a friend now? NO!
