Our business was contacted by this 'publishing' company to be included in their Golf Almanac of Lowell Massachusetts. After listening to what sounded like a great advertising opportunity to be listed in a publication that would be distributed at four local golf country clubs vesper country club, nabnasset lake country club, longmeadow country club and mt pleasant golf club I decided to go ahead with them, stupid idea that was. Came home later that day and looked them up found only bad reviews by this company and the one word that I did not want to see SCAM. That happened friday 4/1/11. On saturday called all four country clubs and they told me they have nothing like that going on and never even heard of this company. I tried to call the company back no answer so far and today is 4/5/11. So went to one of the clubs to speak to a manager personally and they told me the same thing that I had been told already. So yes based on my personal experience and all these other reviews these people are scamers. Just like one the people below I have contacted my credit card company and they are now involved on the matter. And as far as for Platinum Publishing if you are not a scam just give us our money back as we do not want to do business with you anymore.

We would be happy to go over any and all of your concerns. AGAIN!!!! We keep having to reiterate the same concerns on this site!!!! You did not speak with our contact in the PRO SHOP. If you just give us a call instead of jumping to conclusions we will give you the contacts if it is that necessary. AGAIN!!! It is just policy that we do not usually give out our contacts to every potential advertiser. It is very difficult to get behind the gates of these private clubs and if we were to give every potential advertiser our contact they would be over inundated by the calls. They are already busy enough with lessons, tee times, ect... We treat these relationships very delicately and do not want to ruin our relationships and distribution points. We are open from 8am - 3pm Mon-Fri. Have you been calling after hours? Please call us immediatly and ask to speak with a manager. 561-637-4700
