Petals by Xavi is not a good company to get flowers through. The have or had disgruntal employees, not willing to work with their clients. The employee that I was attempting to work with gave me 2 or 3 different addresses to send payments to. It took 2 weeks or more for them to get the payment that I had sent and it should have taken a week tops to get the check & cash it and she was to busy to call back or email me to make sure that everything was ok. The office manager wasn't willing to listen to what I had to say & told me that she would have the owner of the company call me to see what was going on & that never happened.
Petals By Xavi is most definately unprofessional & unethical & very unwilling to work with their clients.
