Pearls are ok but customer service is frankly lousy

I bought a bracelet last year and the clasp has never worked right. The string is also raggedy even though I have worn the bracelet maybe 5 times because it comes undone. They want me to pay for a restring AND perhaps a clasp (or it could be adjusted). The clasp looks nothing like the picture. I am not going to pay to ship back, then $75 for a restring, then who knows how much more for the clasp. I will not be buying anything from these folks again.
