I called Kevin on a Friday(in a panic) needing a strand of pearls for my Wife's birthday on Saturday. Kevin was kind enough to explain the different types of pearls and helped me choose the perfect Akoya pearl strand for my lady.
Not only did he take the time to walk me through the purchase but he rushed the order for me and in less then 24hrs I had the pearls in my Wife's hands.
