Communication Terrible!

When I enrolled with Payday Freedom back in January 2014, I thought it was the right thing to do to help with two payday loans. I was wrong. Within two months later, I did not know what was happening to my account so I would email Darryl Maxwell. I wanted to know what kind of agreement he had set up the payday loan companies I enrolled in the program. No response. The communication is terrible. One time, I emailed Darryl to let him know that one of my accounts showed up on my credit report. He claimed he spoke to someone from the payday loan company (Plain Greens) and its not true. Well, he was wrong because it was and still is on my credit report! He never did let me know the status of my two payday loans they were supposedly handling. After August 2014, no debits were taken from my bank account so I was wondering what was happening. He does not return phone calls and his response to email is slow. I sent a letter dated July 31, 2015 to terminate my account and return the remaining funds to me. Did not hear from him. I left many messages on the company voice mail, did not receive one return call. I got so frustrated I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. That seemed to have gotten his attention. His calculation of what is owed to me and mine was off. I am now awaiting my refund.
