I would advise all consumers to post your complaints on www.ripoffreport.com as well. In addition, seniors like me need to complain to Seniors Vs. Crime, 813-634-8666. I had the same problems and got the run around as well. I had trouble making reservations and obtained prices the same as any other company. Also, I do not understand the whole rebate process. From all of these other posts, I guess it will never be received.
