Our experience mirrors ALL of the other complaints about Paradise Today, the poor service that they actually offer, and their refusal to honor their contractual promise to issue a refund. We signed a contract on December 20, 2009 in Ohio, then decided after more investigation to exercise our "Right to Rescission" 48 hours later. We followed every contractual condition to a "T," and have, since December 22, 2009, had NOTHING but lame answers to both written and phone inquiries about our refund. We have now hired an attorney to pursue this, and intend to file a complaint with the Ohio Attorney Generals' office, as well.
The "Free" travel premium plan is basically useless, as various companies require more and more "service fees" at each step of activation, and the limitations on redemption dates, timelines, and locations are so extreme that the premium has virtually no value.
