During the presentation we were made to believe that their BBB Rating was A+ when actually that was a rating for a different company altogether. The BBB Rating as of this writing is D- and I'd give them an F if it was up to me. I cancelled my membership agreement the day after the presentation / sale based on the BBB Report and other complaints I found on the Internet. It's been 60 days and I still haven't received my refund after several requests to the company. They've been stringing me along with excuses... I finally entered a dispute on my credit card charge before the 60-day dispute period ended. If you do business with this company I suggest you use a credit card so that you too can dispute the charge if you need to.
