We are concerned!!!

We have been told many times that a confirmation email in regard to our trip would be coming. We are one week away from our vacation, we have bought plane tickets, and still no confirmation for our hotel. The company will not email us, not even in regard to information. I spoke with "Rafael" and asked for an email confirming our conversation and have not received a response.
This company may not be legitimate. They are not registered with the BBB.
We are very concerned that we may not have a place to stay. Communication on thier end is very disappointing.
