they stole my identity

I have never heard of this company until I received a credit alert today stating that this company filed a Civil Judgment against me in 12/26/12 which knocked my credit score down 16 point. I had no knowledge of the public record. I have never rented or
purchase anything from this company. I have no idea how they even got my personal information. if I could give them no stars I would, I do not trust this company beware. and, check your credit report they might be on your credit. I have never signed a contract
or any type of documents with this company this is a sad case of pure identity theft. I think I am going to have to sue them for fraud.
