I had a loan that I was behind on for 6 months. I got a call from option mediation and they told me that they can help me by trying to get me an affordable payment. I gave up hope with everything and I didn't think anything can be done. During the time It took them to finish I was scared and I was looking for a apartment to rent I lost all hope even when I was working with a company. It took them 4 months to get it done. When I got the call and Art told me that it was done and I should wait for the paperwork, It was unbelievable. I didn't think anything good happens to me. It was like a 1000 pounds was taken of my shoulders. They got my payment to cut in half and I didn't pay what I was all ready behind. They saved my house. I was researching there company and they helped me and I just wanted to tell my story. I am grateful with the help I got. Thank You Art for everything you saved my house
