I was skeptical at first. I filled out a mortgage questionnaire online late night after being jerked around by Wells Fargo. I thought let’s see what else is out there, Wells Fargo sucks to work with but who else would I use?
From the form I filled out, I received lots of responses (ugh). Sorting through them all I chose Optimum First Mortgage.
From the beginning Britney made me feel like she was down the street. Always answered my call or called back in short order with answers to my questions. After the first week my skepticism faded and I knew I made the right choice. To confirm I even asked Wells Fargo to compete with the loan quoted by Optimum….. Wells Fargo said they couldn’t quite match the rate and would be off $500 in fees so it would cost more going through Wells Fargo…. I stuck with my refinance through Optimum…..
The loan closed and funded in several weeks. Britney continued to answer questions I had even after the loan closed. Today I downloaded the app to make monthly payments. It was easy! Thank you so much, I’ll recommend you to friends and family!!
