This company have a good connection which I can't complain at all. BUT, my ONLY complain is their customer service. When they call you to offer their product or their promotion for instance, they sell you a phone, etc, they shove it in your throat! How many times I refused their offer but it seems like they don't even listen to what you are saying. They call past your bed time sometimes which is very disturbing and irritating if you have to work the next day ESPECIALLY. Also, I kept saying to erase my name because I don't want their service anymore due to this instances but they still continue to call. I searched the better business bureau website and found out that their company is NOT accredited unfortunately. I also went to owtel's website to unsubscribe or erase ALL my information since I have been asking them to remove all my information and nothing has been done after I asked them to do so but again, unfortunately, I cannot unsubscribe and cannot remove my OWN information from their website. If it would've been their inconsiderate, persistent, unbelievable customer service I will probably still remain using their service. NOT listening to your customer and forcing them to buy their product is a bad business.
