Misleading & untrue marketing! Annoying & worst customer service! They will call numerous time to offer KATA phones until I was convinced to buy. But because of bad reviews, I cancelled & declined the mail delivery. And the phones was already received back by OWTEL. I call them numerous times. They never answer my calls. So I reported them to "Business Bureau". They respond to Business Bureau & agreed to give my money back. BUT I DID NOT received my $160.98 refund yet.IT's been 5 months now, I'm still calling them & hoping for the best.
