Owtel's practice of selling their android tablet is comparable to car sales. They pressured my 80 yrs old mother to buy a tablet without disclosing any warranty and return policy. At the same time, in order for the transaction to go through, the buyer
has to have a valid email address. Since my 80 yrs. old mom does not have an email address, the Owtel employee created one for her. The act of creating an email while manipulating the transaction to make a sale is a major sales fraud. They took advantage of
the less knowledgeable customer like my 80 yrs old mom. I would not trust Owtel as a company. As a result, I cancelled all my account with Owtel.
