Bad service and repair! They seemed so nice when I first called them. After was a different story. They took several visits to work on the routine items. Two out of three items were done completely wrong and I had to take it to another shop to have it fixed.
The AAA shop in Santa Ana diagnosed the problem differently. The AAA shop also fixed the bad work that was done at OC Nissan. The real fix cost 80% less than OC Nissan was going to charge, and OC Nissan wasn't planning to fix the right part! I'd never take my car there again.
They diagnosed an engine light to mean 'replace catalytic converters', with and expensive estimated fix. While there they dented my door, (a newly painted, perfect door) and took no responsibility. They said I was blaming them for something that I caused before I came. (When I turned in the car for the estimate they had done a dent survey and it was not there.) Thankfully their rude, dishonest incompetent behavior made me bring my car into an Auto Club authorized repair shop.
By the way, OC Nissan had put silicone all over the catalytic converter and a super large bracket. This bracket caused my car to vibrate furiously while stopped at red lights. The AAA shop asked me who installed the goofy fix. They ended up cutting down the bracket, cleaning off the silicone and changing the actual problem, dirty old Oxygen sensors.
