I purchased a 2m electric glider that broke apart in mid air, in its first flight.After calling the company and waiting on hold for 1 HOUR,they told me there is nothing they can do about it.I told them that i was not satisfied with that answer and that there was clearly BAD MATERIAL OR CRAFTSMANSHIP at fault.
still,NO WAS THE ANSWER.
This was the second time i was on the phone with these people and the second time I waited 1 HOUR to get somebody on the line.
It was also THE LAST TIME.
Clearly these people DONT CARE!!!!!
btw,IT DOES NOT PAY TO BUY CRAP MADE IN CHINA!!!!!!!
I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY
