We hired Next Step Resolution approximately 18 months ago. After negotiating one of our debts, this company has fallen off the face of the earth. They do not respond to emails, or phone calls. Of course they have taken the up front fees, however we still have debt to be resolved. We are now left with a lot of unanswered questions. If you are currently working with this company I would be concerned. If you are considering this company, RUN!!! They also call themselves Omni Law Firm.
