If anyone is planning on using this company to settle debt. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their rates are OUTRAGEOUS and they don't do what they promise to do. Their fees come out upfront and once they collect all of their fees, they could care less whether your debt is settled. They stop returning calls and answering emails. Every time you call to speak to customer service rep that is handling your case, you get a voice mail and they don't even have the decency to call you back. You can negotiate your own debt with the credit card companies directly. I really wish that I had not wasted my money and BELIEVE ME WHEN I TELL YOU....I wasted lots of it and there is nothing I can do about it now. However, I am considering filling a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against this company. If you are considering using this company to help you settle your debt, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE A RIPOFF, I HAVE BEEN ROBBED. DON'T PAY THEM TO DO WHAT YOU CAN DO YOURSELF.

After numerous attempts to identify this client, we were unable to match this alleged client to anyone within our system. We have attempted to contact this reviewer on three separate occasions in an attempt to identify the client and were unsuccessful in doing so. We take complaints very seriously at New Path Financial and attempt to resolve each one individually. We have closed this complaint in our books and were forced to consider this a prank due to the unsuccessful identification of this client. A final contact request has been submitted to this reviewer.
