I love this company! My husband and I have been members since the company first started and it just keeps getting better. The prices are fair and constant and they just keep adding features like "watch it now" for free.
We canceled Cable and ordered the ROKU box to see "watch it now" movies and shows. Only ~$20/MONTH + 1 time fee for ROKU ($100) versus $65/month and rising for a ton of cable channels we don't watch and 10 that we do watch.
Their customer service is excellent. In the years we've been members, we've only received a few damaged DVD's and they immediately send a workable replacement.
They invented the mail in DVD with no late fees and all imitators pale in comparison. Subscribing to Netflix is definitely worth your time and money.
