I strongly advise you to take your money else where. i was harassed by tenants,threatened, and my parking stall was vandalized by gang bangers that hang out on the property. when i reported my concerns about my safety i was told it was a non-emergency. The tenants are under achievers, they hang out all day and do nothing. they harassed me for 6 months straight. so i moved. i would rather be homeless than live in that dump. its oil and trash spills, kids running wild. The adults are really immature.also they wanted $2,050 to move into another one of there places! can you believe that? i wish i could upload pictures of there property its un-human and intolerable. i was called a pinche miate, negra, goritha, pinche perra putha. those are racial slurs and is considere a hate crime. i complained several times to lupe, gi-gi, and an anonymous lady who hung up in my face. oh and dont serve them court papers, they will really get nasty and unruly with you. very unprofessional people. they rent to under achievers and immigrants.
