I was contacted by NRG and forwarded the amount of $2500 to them for payment and all additional information required by their contract. I spoke to Allyson Hemme, Sr. Loan Process, Allan Whitaker Jr., Sr Intake Agent and a host of other personnel assigned to NRG. My home is financed with Bank of America, I was advised by this company not to make a payment, I was advised sometimes these things take a year because everyone wants a loan modification, and I was advised not to keep calling because it slowed the process up by the papers constantly being pulled from a processor. I am within a week from Bank America of having my home foreclosed 3 JUN 2011. I can not get an answer from this company, their telephone numbers are temporary out of service, or they have never heard of my account which I have the numbers. My husband is extremely sick from depression and what has happened here and the entire idea of National Relief Group is sickening to me. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances. This is in no way a false report. I have never felt so disappointed by untrustworthy company.
