I apologize for the delay in our reply, as we have just discovered this review. We are sorry you have this opinion. In fact, we make every effort to remain involved and completely unbiased throughout the process, before and after closing and always attempting to help the buyer and seller come to an agreement in both the letter and spirit of their contract. This process has worked for more than 40 years and thousands of prior transactions. No one sees the truth from any perspective but their own. This is human nature. However, we must step outside of the emotion of the transaction and assist with an unbiased eye. Is everyone happy with our opinion when we assist? No; but we try to do what is right all the time, regardless of the bad press we receive from posts such as this. We do not hide from phone calls or solutions to conflict. As a matter of fact, our personal phone number, even the founder of our company’s phone number, is provided to every client to assure accessibility. Again, I apologize that the outcome, did not match your expectations. I am sorry you feel the need to make such posts. However, we remain available to discuss this matter whenever you feel it is appropriate.
