I ordered a product for my uncle. Never arrived. Yet on the same day that we ordered, his credit card was charged. And how is it that no matter what time you call, they are busy. So you leave a name and message...and wait and wait, and you still do not get a reply! WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT???? I have ordered many items thru the mail and this is the 1st time that I have had a problem where a HUMAN was not available to speak with and after 2 weeks, I am still waiting for a reply to my many messages I have left...
