Mortgage Counseling Center helped me on obtaining the loan modification. I tried with my bank for 6 months and only got the run around and excuses that they needed more documents from me...time after time. I am pretty sophisticated related to numbers and financials, however I could not figure out these banks and their procedures. It's very frustrating to deal with the banks directly, and I was referred by a good friend to Mortgage Counseling Center. They thorougly analysed my situation and I was then accepted in the program. After 75 days I obtained my loan modification...my savings per month will be $1948 and I am very happy with their hard work and professionalism. They keep the process transparant and were availalbe to anser any questions that I had during the process. I would recommend them to anyone seeking help with restructuring their mortgage.
