I too went through the same experience with Momenta Properties as the other two reviewers......Promises of a buyer for MY property, signing a contract, being able to talk on a regular basis for updates that seemed reasonable, then BOOM, their phones are not working. What a scam. I am going to file a complaint. I wish I had searched the BBB site before. I would have saved me a lot of time and frustration, not to mention the $1338 for my contract fee......Argh!
