I listed my timeshare to sell with this company. They called me after I had listed it on a classified ad, they told me they already had a buyer who had money in an escrow account and was ready to close this. The CATCH I needed to give them a deposit of $1999.00 for them to do a title search I was promised I would get the money back if the title was clear at the time of sale. However, their is a note in the contract that states that if after 120 days the unit is sold by someone else within less than 20% of asking price there will be a full refund of the marketing fee which is listed as $363 on the contract. I regularly followed up with them and they gave me satisfactory answers that it had gone to first refusal, that it had gone to title search, that it had gone to financing, the last call I was told to expect escrow papers to sign in about two weeks, at 110 after signing the contract I phoned to follow up and the phone is no longer being answered it just says hello and goodbye and hangs up on you. I have tried every day several times a day for over a week and it is the same message all the time. I e-mailed them and faxed them and no response. I am now thinking I have been scammed out of $1999.00
