I signed up for MochaHost, never received the service requested and only got "I'm sorry I can't help you with this issue" from their customer service. Each and every one of them repeated this line as if it were the standard response in their repertoire. I can't imagine a customer support department that sits around all day and just pastes that phrase into their chat box. It seemed highly unprofessional and I hadn't received the service I requested so I made a refund request since they have a full 30 day money back guarantee. They failed to provide the refund after daily requests for 2 weeks, citing their "I can't help you" response over and over again. So I filed a lawsuit against them. Companies like this need to learn that they cannot continue to operate in such an unprofessional manner towards customers that crosses the line into civilly actionable conduct. I highly advise anyone else who has been scammed to do the same or else they will never learn. Don't reward bad behaviour!!
