Mochahost advertises a money-back guarantee if not satisfied with web services. Based on this and the so-called "good reviews" (important! see paragraph below), I decided to try their service but was immediately dissatisfied with their poor communication, lack of technical knowledge and erratic service. I requested cancellation and refund after 3 days. Mochahost canceled my account but would not issue a refund, citing some sort of fees and other hidden charges. In their emails, Mochahost became abusive and quite unprofessional in their language. I was forced to go to my credit card company to file for a chargeback which my credit card company quickly processed as soon as they had investigated the fraudulent practices of Mochahost.
About the so-called "good reviews" which you will find in abundance on the internet, please note that this company is known for assiduously spamming all review sites with their own fake positive reviews. This was exposed by the Vistainter Media Corporation (visit vistainter.com) after it was noted that all the hundreds of positive reviews were coming from the same IP address. Mochahost (alias Mochanin) is the textbook internet scam. Protect yourselves.
